That's the original concept, I believe. I can't remember if this is in Surrell's book or if I just read it on here, though.

according to the pirates book that talks about it going from themeparks to the movies, it does state that the picture in the bar scene is what happens to the red head.

I'm in the same boat as Orcatime. Can we get a picture in this thread, especially because I live out in Oklahoma, so if this is something regarding something actually at Disneyland, I wouldn't be able to see it any time in the foreseeable future =(.
