Lightbulb Best nighttime lighting and atmosphere

Not sure this has been done before. Which area of Disneyland has the best nighttime lighting and atmosphere? I would say Tomorrowland. Some is dark but some is awesome.

I like the trees that have the little lights in them, but the best lighting now, is the castle. During the day the colors are funny, but at night it's awesome!

New Orleans Square. I like the dreamy quality of it.

I have always loved seeing the real fire from the tiki torches in Adventureland. I think that the flickering lights for Indy are a wonderful affect!

Well, for the entire Disneyland Resort, it's the Tower of Terror for me! But at DL, I like Adventureland...I would say Tomorrowland if it were more like WDWs, which is very nice at night.

Really? I would love to see ToT at night but DCA closes so early that I don't remember seeing it at night. It must be great.

Definetly ToT! It's so creepy! And (I might get shot for saying this) Paradise Peir looks pretty cool from afar.

At DL, the queue for Thunder Mountain has a special place in my heart. Especially if the Fantasmic fireworks are going off.
Help test MouseMosaic! PM me suggestions.

Oh, I LOVE Paradise Pier at night! It is its best time of day. Personally, I'd rather see them have DCA open up at noon during the off season and stay open until 8 pm like DL...it's much nicer at night. I'm glad it will be open 10 am to 10 pm tonight. ToT is in no way meant to be closed at 6 pm...absolutely absurd. It is SO much creepier and a far kewler ride at night. That second drop in the drop sequence is awesome at night, since the doors don't open so you are in a pitch black drop shaft--it makes the ride much more terrifying In general, all of DCA is prettier at night, I've found. Even HPB takes on a nice glow.

I also rank the queue for Thunder Mountain at the top of my list. Actually, the entire ride at night really transports you to an old mining town long ago...

I'm surprised that I'm the first to mention this but my favorite area at night is Main Street. I love nothing more than seeing it light up as the sun goes down.

    Maybe it's just me?

Yeah, it's just you. Just kiddin', I'm with you. When the lights go on, it's like a whole new park to me. It's my favorite time.

I think it all depends on what your mood is that particular day. I love the Adventureland entrance area I love the tiki torches and the area around Jungle cruise and Indy is very cool. The Big Thunder queue and ride in general is my favorite at night however.

Splash Mountain at dusk, the backside in the open air, when Fantasmic is going. I know you are only there for just a minute or two, and you have to time it right to be there when Fantasmic is going, but boy when it happens...
