    Fastpass for Nemo?????

This is probably asked and answered in another thread, but I couldn't find it. Does DLR plan on having a Fastpass for the FNSV? If not now is there any talk of having FP in the future?

    No and no.
There are a few reasons: there's no room for it and the capacity of the Subs can't handle Fastpass.

Space for it is the issue. Capacity is not, as it could easily be a FastPass-only attraction, with the machine set up to allow only one fastpass per guest for the whole day.

Haven't we beaten this topic to death?

Capacity is still an issue. Even with "only one" fastpass per guest, it would make the standby line jump to something like a 4 hours wait.

First: yes, we have. But FP still exists, so "The Argument will never be Finished as long as there is FP," to paraphrase Walt, who of course would be on my side of every argument, if he were alive today.

Um, I stated that it would be FastPass-ONLY. No standby line. No need for it. Simply hand out about 950 passes per hour. Too bad when the FP machines "run out." (Or even too worse when the attraction goes 101.)
Not that I actually endorse this solution. It is "a" solution that refutes the "capacity is too low" claim. I thought FP wasn't needed on "high-capacity" attractions such as POTC and HM?
Apparently it is needed on "medium-capacity, high demand" attractions. And, no, I do not believe this, either.

NO Fastpasses. The lines already exceed on all the other rides with fastpasses.

    Think about it.

Buzz Lightyear- Since it is an Omnimover type ride that keeps going it would make the line keep moving aswell, but with fastpasses. It just holds the line up with stopping the standby line to get the fastpassers through. Instea of a half hour wait it would be close to 10 minutes.

All the rides would take off atleast a good 10 to 20 minutes if they took the fastpasses out. It's 45% the ride stopping the line and 55% fastpasses holding up the line.

I said this in another post on another thread. There isn't room for a single rider line and if there was the line would take almost or nearly twice as long as the stand by line because people will think it's another way to get on and they will all rush towards that single rider line.

They can pull single riders from the regular line. There seems to be plenty of time to count up to 40 guests, and if more are needed, the CMs will just ask for one more or two more. This won't be like Indy, where jeeps are sent off half-full because of the lack of time to fill the seats (although it was a low-crowd day last time I was there).
