Best interview answer: My biggest weakness is my honesty...I can never remember my lies!
unless this turns out to be something else, i like thinking that these are something from the future that we don't 'get', like on ET when they show the inside of the spaceship and it's full of all this bizarre stuff. almost nothing in tomorrowland feels very futuristic anymore. when you walk to space mountain, you pass a pizza joint and "honey i shrunk the who gives a flying crap" and you think, "is this the future, or the early 90s?"
"in the future, people are subjected to rick moranis, IN 70MM!! AAAAAAAAHH"
"in the future, a large pizza will cost $50!!!! AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!"
the other possibility is that these are pods housing extraterrestrials that will kill you and assume your identity, except they will be utterly devoid of emotion.
i'm good with either one.
Is that something that's really always there, or something planted by the photographer for the picture? I'm confused...
As nice as the other parks are, we must always remember that it all began at Disneyland. Disneyland should be the crown jewel in the Disney crown.
Whatever the reason that they're there, the fact remains that they're blue, and thus are awesome.
I hadn't thought of that. If they were some kind of watering system for the plants (just trying to come up with some reason for them being in the planter) you'd assume they'd paint them green, so they would blend in...the fact that they're blue makes me think Disney wants me to see them.....Hmmm..now I'm really confused. But I agree, they are awesome.

Maybe this is Disney's new scheme for trying to hatch new creative ideas for improving Tomorrowland. The fact that the eggs aren't copper or brown must be a good sign.
