    Disneyland: A (Mostly) Class Act

    As those of you who met me ridiculously early in the morning on June 11th know I lost my Annual Passport and began freaking out about it. I didn't really want to pay $20 for a replacement. So I get to my mailbox today and am looking through the mail and I have an envelope from Disneyland. Inside the envelope is my AP, found from the park. I had no idea they mailed you your Annual Passport if you lose it on property. Thank you, Disneyland Resort, for being so awesome!

    So here's my question to you: What service/product has Disneyland provided to you that you were not aware that they had provided? What was its level of awesomeness to you?

    They're usually really great about lost & found items too. Just one of the classy services provided that most people don't know about.

    before I was a CM i was an AP (surprise) so one day I was riding big thunder and surprise that nice turn took my cellphone. I got the story that they couldnt get it until the end of the night. Sadly I wasnt gunna be there that long so I stopped by lost and found to give a description of my phone and to call me at home if they find it. 3 days later they sent it to me, and they paided postage!. A real class act! And the cellphone survived to except the antennae which is great seeing as how it survived big thunder

    Totally! One time I put my sunglasses up on the brim of my hat and forgot to take them off before riding the Matterhorn. Needless to say they flew off of my hat inside the ride.
    I went to the lost and found and reported it, they took all my info. name, address, etc. and told me to check at the end of the day. Not there

    So I went first thing the next morning and checked. The CM came out of the back with one of those bubble wrap lined envelopes all addressed stamped and ready to send back to me in SF.
    They were a nice pair off sunglasses and some CM could have easily pocketed them, but they turned them in. Another example of Disney being a cut above when it comes to customer service.
