Basically a contest to prove you're the biggest Disney geek ever. Winners get to be part of an attraction or parade for a day (Monday 6/11). You sent in a video submission and they picked from that.

Anyways... Dream Jobs were this contest held by Career Builder. You make a video about how your Dream Job is one of the categories, they choose your video, and then for the final round you basically whore yourself out for votes. Like seriously. Some people had podcasts with thousands of listeners to have vote for them, some people sent out press releases to the media, some people were just home-grown anonymous people. Anyways, whoever had the most votes won and got to go to Disneyland last weekend and work their Dream Job for a shift and then go to the Nemo premiere events.
