    Main Street Music Loop Question

Are there any Main Street music loop aficianados out there? I have a copy of the complete loop that I bought some time ago, which I enjoy very much. I know that a bunch of the titles were performed by the Paragon Ragtime Orchestra, but I was wondering if they or another musical group played some of the other songs in the loop, such as the selections from the Happiest Millionaire, Oklahoma, Hello Dolly, etc...

The reason why I ask is because I have seen the selections of the Paragon group's cd;s available for sail and noe of them have the selection I mentioned above, so that leads me to believe it was another group playing these selections. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Main Street Music Loop Question

There are several sources beyond the showtunes and disney movie music WDI produced custom. Randy Newman's "Ragtime" is one and Albert White and the Gaslight Orchestra is another, "Your Father's Moustache" is another LP with tracks drawn. The Main St Cinema music is primarily drawn from "Rides Rapes and Rescues" by Spike Jones..

Re: Main Street Music Loop Question

I love the Main Street music (I guess working Main Street Guest Control for Parades is at fault for that one!)

I have the Paragon Ragtime Orchestra CD which I just found but I also have downloaded off iTunes most, if not all, of the songs that are in the loop, but they are mainly the original ones such as the songs that have lyrics. I own the Oklahoma! soundtrack and then I have selected tracks from stuff I've downloaded from some of the other musicals that are used in the Main Street loop.

These two websites have been most helpful in completing my Main Street music collection:

www.soundofmagic.com (go under the Disneyland Paris tab)
    http://www.ultimateorlando.com/archi...eet/index.html

I really wish Disney would make these titles and other park music available again. I was too young at the time when the Disney Forever CD's were available and I also wasn't so interested in the music then.

I love finding audio files of different attractions, especially with the rides that have so much detail in some audio such as Big Thunder Mountain with the Rainbow Ridge town. I wish I could find the audio for all the conversation and music that takes place on the town.

So if any of you know where to find that, please let me know!

Thanks, but I already have a copy of it, although not a good one. I think something is wrong with the cd itself. I can never play it through w/o the cd stopping. My favorite song happenes to be the very last song in the loop, so when I found out that the Paragon Ragtime Orchestra has another cd of it, I bought that too. I was just curious as to what group/groups played the other selections in the loop that the Paragon group does not.
