Not sure why you grouped Pirates Lair in with Frontierland though. They have nothing to do with each other.
As far as I know TSI is a part of Frontierland always has been. That is why Frontierland is the largest land of them all.

    I voted for MICKEY'S TOONTOWN.

Why? Well... they don't even have ONE E-Ticket. And with space so scarce at it is, it would kill two cartoon birds with one cartoon stone by giving us an additional ride as well as knocking out a couple of other things... oh you know like:

    -chip'n'dale's treehouse
    -donald's boat
    -goofy's playground
    -goofy's gas
    -etc etc

An E-Ticket in Frontierland is kinda not doable at this point in time I don't think. Perhaps a good D-Ticket, but I don't think they'll be bringing Discovery Bay/ Geyser mountain whatever to Disneyland ever.

I agree. If Frontierland ever got some major TLC the area would be AMAZING!

And yes, either get the characters to their "homes" or get rid of the attractions. As much as I love Donald, and as much as I'd love for him to have his boat to go to when the park closes, I think getting rid of it and forcing Donald to go out to the duck bars on Pirate's Lair would help a lot in the process of creating a new attraction in ToonTown!
