    What is your dorky thing?

If you ride the train for a trip around Disneyland, there is the Dinosaur scene. In that scene there is a T-rex fighting a Stegosaurus.

Well, T-rex and the Steg, did not live in the same periods, they lives millions of years apart, so whenever I see it I Yell, It's a LIE!

Then whenever I am out somewhere and I see something wrong, I yell, It's A LIE A LIE LIKE THE DINOSAURS!

I don't know why, I am sure my GF hates it, but I do it anyway.

What dorky thing do you do in or out of the parks that has to do with Disneyland?

Interesting. Do you do the same thing when you watch Fantasia, because that is where that scene is borrowed from. (You think that's bad. My soon to be 9 year old son can't stand the fact that the T. Rex. has an improper number of fingers/claws on his hands. I forget, it's either supposed to be 2 or 3 - I don't remember.)

I do, however, always make some honorary gesture in front of the Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street whenever I happen to pass in front of it. I either tip my hat, wave at it, or sometimes even bow. This is in homage to what was there before it.

Re: What is your dorky thing?

On a visit to DL last year or so my aunt wanted to get a pineapple whip from the dole stand outside of the tiki room. She got one and while she was eating it she stated that it tasted just like one her mother made when she was a little girl. That wouldn't be as funny as it is if she hadn't grown up on the azorces islands *islands off of the Portuguese coast* having no electricity i dont know how her mom could use a blender to make the whip...
so NOW whenever our family *excluding my aunt* pass by the dole stand we always talk about the pineapple whip...
might not be as funny as i thought to others but i thought i would share our family *tradition*

not a kid and still love DISNEYLAND??

    OF COURSE I DO!!!

Being annoyed by the cowboy and indian standing next to each other in IASW. It happens every time I'm on that ride and if there is an adult sitting next to me I will complain about it.

Whenever I go on the Tomorrowland side of the Matterhorn, I raise my arms as high as they go on the last drop to touch the tree branch there.

Another dorky tradition I have is that when in line for BTMRR I HAVE to sing All aboard the mine train.

And I don't know why, but for some reason you and your brothers have to repeat the Spanish language safety announcement on that ride especially. Which is interesting because that is the only ride you guys do it on while every ride that has a safety spiel in English also has one in Spanish.

    It really is funny!
