Ed was in the house today

FYI....Dear hubby, son and I took an "OMG, today is the last day for Bryan's So Cal pass until summer is over" day and ran into Ed Grier, Tom and Deanna over by Matterhorn. The were conferencing and Tom was taking notes but stopped long enough to return our greetings and pleasantly agree to a pic with DH....very charming fellow....and nice to see him in the park.

According to Al, Ed's a really great guy and a nice person. The thing that people resent about him is how he is nothing more than the Disneyland figurehead to Jay Rasulo's "master plan" for all Disney parks. It's frustrating when your Disneyland president is powerless to stop some of the reckless decisions being made by suits in Burbank. But from most accounts, he's actually a pretty nice guy I've heard.

It's funny because Paul Pressler and Cynthia Harriss were both known to have pleasant personalities as well. It just goes to show you that the executive decisions people make have no bearing on who they are as a person.

Sorry....it's coming..DH is downloading them now...even as we speak....but it takes awhile because of all the monorail pics he took...How crazy is it that even after having an AP for 5 years he still takes over 80 pictures during a 5 hour visit and most of them are monorail shots...
