Silver Is Going To Disneyland!!!

Me and my sis are probably going to take a trip down to Dineyland next week!!!

1.What day should we go?
2.We are only an hour away(No Traffic)what should we do first?
3.How can we make our day the best sa possible?
4.We wont be there at opening but will stay till closing(prob)
5.What should I wear?
6.This is my first time going this year, what should I expect, whats so much diff.than last year?

(this is very much my personal opinion!)

1. Wednesdays are rarely crowded; though, this is summer, so beware the summer crowds.
2. Probably park Okay, seriously, once you get IN the park: first I'd say get a map and mark the rides and shows you absolutely must see. Plan your day around those, and have fun.
3. Make sure to do what you want. I recently went to DL and just explored. Usually try to hit all the rides, but this time around I saw the shows, explored the shops, saw the parades, and found I enjoyed myself more than ever. Next time around I'll be scouting out characters. Make sure you see (and ride) the things you want to.
4. Always cool. The youngers tend to leave before closing, slightly less crowded. (But beware rampaging mothers! Taking children to parks is stressful, and it takes it's toll. Many parents/nannies have reached their wits end by the end of the day, so watch out.)
5. Something comfortable. It can be hot in the day, and cold at night, so I'd suggest something like shorts (or capris), a regular shirt, and a light sweater or jacket that is easily-stuffable into your bag. When I go, I usually wear Raindbow sandles, but wear something you can walk in comfortably. Comfortable is definitely the message here.
6. It's hotter!

My advice is get in the park early. I went yesterday and at opening the only long line was Nemo and I only waited 1 Hour 14 minutes. Later the crowd grew greatly.

Hmmm I will try to have a good fastpass stradegy, can someone help me out with it, these are the rides I reall want and have to go on!

Matterhorn
HM
POTC
Astro Blasters
Splashy
Peter Pan
and the subs, (Hopefully)

What do you recomend me do to make sure I get on all of these rides?

Get a space mountain fastpass and then go to Astro Blasters and ride space mountain again later on the day and possibly twice if you do it right. The matterhorn is never too long , especially when parades or other events are happening. Pirates and Haunted mansion always have a short line before noon. When you're over in that area, you should get the splash fast pass. For peter pan and the subs, I recommend saving them for last.
