Bunny Berrigan's "I Can't Get Started" is a masterpiece and sets the perfect mood for the 1930's swing era. Another great song is Vera Lynn's "We'll meet again."

I haven't purchased all the albums yet but I do have the loop...along with Main Street, Condor Flats, and Club 33/Disney Gallery.

EDIT: I have to add 'A Bug's Land' to the list, I love the soundtrack to 'A Bug's Life.'

When I need a 'get away' @ work I will listen to a few of them.
The entire loop is one killer track after another.
Sidney Bechete's "When The Sun Goes Down"
Johnny Hodges fantastic "Pyramid" & "Jeep's Blues"
    The Gotham Stompers "Alabamy Home"
    Cootie Williams "Delta Mood"
    Bunny Berigan's "I Can't Get Started"
    Jimmy Lunceford's "Uptown Blues"
THE definitive (for me anyway) version of Fats Wallers "Inside (This Heart Of Mine)"
Noble Sissle's absolutely sizzling "Dear Old Southland"

Anyone of these songs (or any of the rest ... I notice Vera Lynn's "We'll Meet Again" gets much love later in the thread, for some reason her other song in the loop "Wishing" touches me "more") are wonderful examples of song writing and playing skills that shine through till this day. I didn't like prewar Jazz at all until the ToT Loop put the bug in my ear. Now I devour the stuff.

To The OP: Great Thread! Thanks

"Deep Purple" is also one of my favorites from the loop.

I have heard a few versions (thanks to XM radio!) but they all seem too "up beat."

This version is the perfect tempo

Personally, I'm another one who enjoys the music on the attractions themselves, even the ones changed for Christmas.

I also really love the version of "Feed The Birds" done instrumentally, I believe it was for Club 33.

I also love the arrangements of the Disney songs by Mannheim Steamroller. My favorite of that CD is Heigh-Ho. It always gets me going!

Heh, I remember standing outside Indy when I was younger, humming the Ark theme, and wondering if the chords went Cm - F#m - Cm or Cm - G#7b5 - Cm. Good times, man. It's the former, by the way.
Cm-F#m-Cm!?!?! That's a major LOL. Only because I wondered the same thing!! What's strange thought is walking through the park an hour after it closes (if you're a CM) and hearing NO music and seeing it empty. Weird.....

I don't think I've ever heard it before. Also, I'd seen other people on here mention that it wasn't working - that was actually how I found out there was supposed to be music on the ride .

Then I highly advise never to go shopping at Fashion Island. You think it's bad in DCA? That place is smooth jazz hell!
