Dustysage and I got to the resort barely on time. Our plan was just to pop in and say "Hello" at the meet and then go have lunch with Dusty's best friend, Savik101. However, we got to parking lot X and it was closed! ¿Como? we made our way around to Downtown Disneyland parked there. We raced down the walkway and made it through the gates at 12:00 noon.
We raced down Main Street and made it to the meet where we came eye to eye with the AbominableSnowman!
No really that's his username.
Thing is, since it was gonna be such a short trip I really didn't plan on doing a report. But after several people asked me if I was gonna do one I thought, 'well maybe I should. Even if it's short.'. So then I started taking pics.

We told the group we had plans to go off and have our own little lunch with Savik101 and Lil' Ashee was bummed out.
"Uh can't you guys just stay for a little bit? No? Okay. Next weekend then."
Suddenly an old friend showed up.

While everyone else chatted at the hub, I decided I was gonna fill up this Ride-lite report with extra photos of flowers and scenery.

We stopped by Disneyana (The Pusherman) to see if any Haunted Mansions came in.

Savik101, Dusty and I planned on eating at Yamabuki. Dusty thought it would be a good idea to check with City Hall to see if it was even open. Savik101 and I hung out in Town Square and I took more pics.

We found out that Yamabuki would not be open until 5pm. So we decided to see what was available in Downtown Disney
We checked several places, Uva Bar, Jazz Kitchen, but nothing seemed to ring our proverbial bells. Then there was Tortilla Joe's. Dare we risk it? We did. And this time, it wasn't bad! Even the Martini was good!
It IS disconcerting that the Men's room is right next to the Kitchen
We finished and outside a piano player's piano was on fire. He still played it though.

We stopped into the Lego store
And that was it. I was bummed out that we didn't ride anything though. Earlier in the day Dusty suggested I go, during the week, and take night pics. Good idea. Since there were no rides today I will be going to the park tomorrow night for a quick bite and some night time rides and photography which I will post as a part two to this thread.
