July 4th at Disneyland (Photo Heavy!)

Finally, I have a few shots up from my July 4th trip to Disneyland, which was very enjoyable. These are the first shots with my new camera. Hope you enjoy, and let me know if you have any comments - thank you!

The United States Marine Corps band performed for a special Flag Retreat ceremony and then again before the Parade of Dreams. Semper Fi!

Mickey was on the final float, but Minnie was nowhere to be seen. Maybe she developed a royal pain, or perhaps an earache?? Heh heh.

Froggy, I love all the wonderful pictures! You're work is brilliant. I've been meaning to ask about your new camera, since I noticed that your signature had changed. And I was wondering if you had picked up any new lenses too. Congratulations!

I particularly loved the picture of the footlights in what I assume is the Golden Horseshoe. It's very beautiful. Thanks again!

I was at the Flag Retreat Ceremony that day as well, and actually I struck up a conversation with the tall bearded guy in your second picture towards the left. Although I have to ask if you have any more pictures of those Marines ... they were looking VERY good in their uniforms.

Great photos! I was there day after 4th of July and have always wondered? Do they do the same Firework show or change it up for the Holiday? Anyways fun pictures
