Have you ever gone to DL and gone on just one ride for the entire day?

My youngest daughter once went on Splash Mountain 10 times in a row and loved it. I was thinking it might be fun to see how many times we could go on that ride in one day if we kept going single rider and only stopped for lunch and dinner breaks.


Of course, we'd have to wear protective water gear!

This question are for people who go for like a whole day, right? I've gone to Disneyland for maybe about 4-5 hours and only go on one whole ride the entire time (usually PotC or HM).

Yes, that happens a lot -- Mark Twain often, Alice in Wonderland sometimes, Tiki Room alot, Space Mountain a few times, Casey Jr. - - or sometimes a new ride, like Submarine Voyage or a rehab like TSI or Pirates. I'll reissue rides to myself over time, sometimes only one on a day.

Often I go and ride nothing at all.

One time I arrived at the park 10min before it closed and went to tomorrowland to ride space mountain and then I went home. Fun Times.

On our last trip in Feb '05, Bryan and I rode Pirates 13 times! We were pretty amazed we could go that many times.

Cool. That's what I thought from your first post, but it wasn't what I thought when I first read the thread title.

In response, I don't think I would do such a thing. I suppose I could if given reason, but generally the rides aren't my number one reason to be at a Disney park. For me it's just about escaping my real world and enjoying the atmosphere of the parks. I've often gone and not ridden a single ride the whole visit.

I'm one of those APs that goes for short duration trips to DL all the time, and often I only get on one ride. Sometimes none.

i would never pay $60 to get into the park and only ride one thing...

I always try and go on different rides, although sometimes I'll ride one 2 times before moving on.

I did Small World 5 times in one day because that's what my daughter wanted to do when she was 3 years old. I took a nap during a couple of them though, so do they count? We've also done Tiki Room 4 times in a day for the boy when he was 2. It was his birthday so we kept letting him choose what to do.

Yes, potc once and the rest of the time we just walked around and relaxed. Normally we only go on 2 or 3 rides. 4ometimes we go on more. It depends on the crowds amd how we feel.
