Re-open all built in themed restaurants.
Reduce ODV.
Re-open Tahitian Terrace.
Offer slightly healthier food themed to the location.
Put food on the island again.
Consider richer themes and/or water features for the ugly monster eateries like Ranch Del Nada and Pinochio. I might just move the Fantasyland eatery somewhere more relaxing and make the Pinochio eatery into Pooh's Hunny Hunt.

Have restaraunts that stay open later. Have ODV carts that still have food left after 8pm.

Stop selling so much stuff that will shorten the lifespans of guests.
It's really bad business to truncate their spending years like that, especially the ones they could be spending on their grandchildren.
Remember, you can't sell Annual Passes to the dead.
First and foremost I would put in a quality Mexican food restaurant with more genuine Mexican food. I would bring back Big Thunder BBQ and for sure keep Bengal Barbeque. I think I would also look into resurrecting the old Fried Chicken house. I remember they used to serve the best Fried Chicken with biscuits and honey. Oh yes, bring back Fantasia Ice Cream!
More salad and vegetarian options. Utilizing more spices to fit the themes of each land without adding more salt. Open a gourmet seafood restaurant right next to the Nemo Submarines.
Re-open Tahitian Terrace.
Keep Bengal Barbecue open.
Bring back Big Thunder BBQ (and make it even better & more authentic).
Return low-cost Cast Member meals to backstage.
Bring back the original Mint Juleps.
Bring back the original huge apple fritters.
Bring back the Sunkist Citrus House.
Bring back Welch's Grape Juice.
Bring back Space Mist.
Bring back Carnation as a sponsor, along with Fantasia ice cream (& big band jazz nightly at Carnation Plaza).
Bring back Casa de Fritos and have better Mexican & Tex-Mex food.
Bring back Fried Chicken to Frontierland.
Bring back Cajun Popcorn Shrimp at the Harbor Galley.
Bring back the famous Chicken of the Sea tuna sandwiches, despite there no longer being a Captain Hook pirate ship in Fantasyland.
Provide plenty of healthy food options.
Move all churro carts to DCA. Keep popcorn & ice cream carts in Disneyland.

FYI: it wasn't Disney that discontinued Fantasia. Dryers wasn't getting a profit from producing the ice cream, since it only provided the flavor to Disney....so they discontinued it.....
