    Question Finding Nemo Subs Question

Okay, this has been bugging me for a while.

So three subs are launched at a time on the new FNSV, right? At least, that was what I was able to piece together when I was there on the saturday before opening. But if there are eight subs, how do they figure that? Are two on the spur dock ready if a sub needs to be taken off? Or does it launch in two pairs of three and one pair of two?

The subs are all put in the rotation that 'fills' the loop. They have the fill the rotation first, as you can not load/unload from the second dock.

So they load 3 subs.. then put the other subs go out in the loop as well.. but empty to start with.. and then as subs come around.. then they start filling the other subs.

They just space them and make them wait before unload so that they minimizing waiting to get to the dock.

    So is it 1-1-1 2-2-2 and 3-3?

In the old days we did something called "continuous triples". Basically a sub never stopped at the same dock.
