Peoplemover Track Update!!!

Okay, so like hundreds of other AP holders, I went to the park yesterday, with the intention to ride Space Mountain, which I did, and it was awesome! But while I was standing in line way up high, my boyfriend and I noticed something peculiar...

4 people were standing on the Rocket Rods loading platform, taking notes, looking very heavily at how the track was (one got down on their knees to inspect it I think), and one at one point opened his arms wide, as though he was indicating how large a new vehicle would be (Oh, and one of them looked like a familiar Disney executive...I'm not sure who it was, though). Anyway, I got my boyfriend to take a picture of it, and when he recovers from yesterday, I'll get him to post the picture up in this thread.

I just thought you guys would want to know

I saw this on Darkbeer's photos. Oh my god, it's awesome. A reborn Peoplemover! (Well, I wouldnt mind new Rocket Rods but it ain't happening, so a Peoplemover is awesome!)

I too would be one who would be extemely happy, excited, thrilled, touched and moved if they re-imagined the peoplemover.

How do you know that they were talking about how big the people mover would have to be to fit onto the track when he stretched out his arms. He could've been saying "Once I caught a fish this big". In fact, they oould've just been having a coffee break

Or MAYBE....they don't even work for disney. Maybe hes some freak who snuck up there..... And he is trying to start some cult and stretching his arms up while trying to make a speech to anyone listening below....but noone is listening because their all heading to space mountain. And the other people with his are his second in command and such. Such sick and twisted viel people nowadays....

I was thinking abou this. It is also possible that they were discussing something like placement of lights for the re-opening event for Space Mountain. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait until they start work on the PeopleMover (I want it back!), but these guys might have been working on something else yesterday.

I saw those photos... and thought.. Yes.. maybe their working on it.. any maybe fast track it and get work started sooner than we thought?? Announce it in 2 weeks maybe??
