    They currently have AA's that are outdoors including the human figures in the Native Village on J.C. and in the Indian Village on the big river. I don't think having it outdoors would be a problem element wise. I think the problem, like any scene where you can stop and stare for a long period of time, would be to make it believeable. It would need to be a 30-45min loop minimum to keep the show.

    Why not have it be a LIVING CHARACTER INITIATIVE and have a hidden guy with a microphone interacting with guests.
