Since I know some of you out there in MiceChatland have enjoyed reading my letters to Disney as well as their responses to these letters I have decided to post one more. This letter is regarding two Cast Members who work the Haunted Mansion. I wrote this to Disneyland back in May.
My letter to Disneyland...

Dear Disneyland Resort,
My name is Joseph Nielsen. Earlier this month, May 3rd to be exact, my partner, Robert, and I sadly visited Disneyland for what will be the last time for quite a while. Robert recently moved from Torrance, CA to where I reside in Santa Rosa, CA (nearly 500 miles north of The Disneyland Resort) to live with me.
During this trip we both decided to ride Haunted Mansion early in the morning. It was then that I had remembered hearing rumors about a “hidden” pet cemetery that was located behind Haunted Mansion. Once Robert and I reached the steps of this fun attraction I inquired with a Cast Member working the ride by the name, Amanda, about this “hidden” pet cemetery. She informed me that there was indeed a pet cemetery located just off to the side and back of Haunted Mansion. Amanda informed Robert and me to return around noon, as then there would be another Cast Member available that could show us this hidden gem. Robert and I thanked Amanda for her help and continued on into Haunted Mansion to ride one of my top favorite attractions located at your resort!
Later that day, around 11:45AM, Robert and I returned to see if another Cast Member had become available to show us the “hidden” pet cemetery. Indeed one had! His name is Dennis. After showing a group of guests into Haunted Mansion Dennis took us around back and showed Robert and me the pet cemetery that I had heard of and inquired about! He was very informative in giving us facts about why the cemetery is there, etc. After answering our questions and giving us a peak into a lesser-known facet of The Disneyland Resort, Dennis warmly told us to have a great day.
Amanda and Dennis made us feel that a magical moment had occurred at Disneyland!
Thank you, Disney, for hiring such wonderful Cast Members!
Joseph T. Nielsen
And this is Disneyland's response...
