Other than parades, has anyone seen Tinkerbell in the park?

I'm pretty sure she's not a walking around face character if that's what your asking. The only time I have seen live Tinkerbelles are in the parade and the firworks.

They were talking about making her a face character and using the Fantasyland Skyway shack as a place for meet and greet (make it look like you're shrinking as you walk back towards her so size isn't an issue). But last I heard they were having issues with the costume so she hasn't been cast yet.

Well, next year (and I know this sounds blasphamy) the fairy will talk thanks to her new direct-to-DVD movie. I love the idea about her speaking and meeting her in person to get her autograph. Maybe she'll get a chance to hang around Peter Pan as well and challenge Wendy for Pan's - dare I say it - affection.

Yeah, if anything will turn Tink into a Meet-and-Greet character, this would be it. Situated in her own little Pixiedust Magic Gift Shoppe, no doubt, but still. It would also make it "official" that the character can talk, so nobody can complain about either a mute face character or that Tink isn't supposed to talk.

Oh, please oh please oh pleeeeeeesae!
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
