Nah, it'd be really funny if he flipped everyone off took the mic and then said "I'm Eisner baby, I can do whatever I want. Eisner 4 Life". Then he'd start rolling up in mink coats driving a low rider and then steel candy from babies because they didn't pay over three dollars for it.

And you will be disrespecting everyone else around you. Now, I am unsure who will be doing the rededication, I doubt it will be Eisner, there is some rumor Disne Disney Miller may do it. This may all be a moot point if the set up is like it was on May 5th.

This is turning out just like the partners statue thread. Time for the church of walt to come in here, and de-rail it like we did the partners statue!

I don't know, I think the flipping off, mink coat wearing, low rider driving, candy steeling Eisner-baby is a good thread derailer.

Re: Why don't you guys want to Boo Eisner on the 17th?

    >>And you will be disrespecting everyone else around you.<<

The booing is directed at Eisner ... I don't see how it's affecting people in the audience. I'm not going to be phased by it. I'll have a little grin on one side of my mouth ... the booing will be over in 10-20 seconds ........ and get on with the rest of the festivities. Do people really think this booing would go on throughout the ENTIRE ceremony?

This whole thing seems to boil down to three groups. Those who will "boo" ... those indifferent to it/unphased (me)... and those who are very sensitive to it. Will this be a 2 to 1 ratio? 2/3rds of the crowd just going with it ... and 1/3rd offended?

I don't know for sure ........ I'll say this again:

    Be prepared for it.

If you know you are sensitive and offended by it ...... It's going to happen anyway .. So walk into Disneyland expecting it. And your day will go off more smoothly.

I agree. I think a lot of this comes thru maturity though. I just told this to my 16yo son. I asked if he would boo. He said no, while he hates Eisner, it would not be fair to those around him. I'm glad he respects those around him.

Pimped out Eisner with the bling bling and an omelette? That could be the perfect thread derailer
