Nope, I'll give you a hint, there are two gargoyles to one portrait.

You are correct, there is indeed 17.

Also, the first band playing are pirates when you go into the graveyard. Anyone else notice this? I'm guessing this was a possible tie in. Sorry if that has been posted before. Someone showed me it. Just another tie in with PotC.

They aren't intended to be pirates, and they've been basically the same since the attraction opened. Thankfully, PotC hasn't expanded that deeply into the parks just yet...knock on wood...

Hey, anyone know anything about the "Blue Room" between the attic and ballroom? I've seen it in blueprints and read a brief description on doombuggies.com's attic page, but I've never seen photos of the inside of it, nor of the entrance from the attic. I'd be most interested...I'm not sure exactly what to do with that part of my model.

EDIT: Speaking of Pirates--I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere, but I never saw it, so...does anyone else find it amusing that Disney changed POTC to better reflect its wildly popular film spinoffs, but changed HM so that it deviates even further from its not-too-popular film spinoff? Constance's murderous insanity is not even remotely similar to the movie's plot involving a racist white butler with amazing cheekbones killing his master's would-be black fiance in order to avoid interracial marriage. Then again, the changes to Pirates don't so much line up with the movies as they give Depp fans a chance to swoon.

It's pretty hard to miss, I believe it is on your left.

And I knew it was there before, hence the numerous story lines that ride could have gone with, just another possibility.

Does anyone know how many times Constance has been married (or how many decapitated husband photos there are)?

I don't think they're pirates. Two of them are wearing old-fashioned military uniforms, but they're not pirate outfits.

Oh, and doombuggy driver, Constance has five husbands.
