Instead of interjecting anything meaningful, I just thought I'd make a small correction: pongee, the HMH Ghost Host is the voice of Corey Burton, who isn't at all related to Paul Frees. You're thinking of a couple of lines of the safety spiel which were recorded by Paul's son, I believe. Burton (interesting last name, considering who was responsible for NBC) has done voiceover work in video games, TV shows, and movies.

I'm gonna be an anal HM freak for a sec.
The narrator on the HMH is Corey Burton, well-known for his impressions. His Paul Frees is really wicked, though it bothers me in certain parts because I know it's Burton, who has done a lot of other voiceover work for Disney--including a rather amusing Frees/ITIS spiel for the Tomorrowland payphones at one point.
Yeah, it takes them 16 days to convert the ride (if I'm remebering what it said in the AP Backstage Pass newsletter correctly) but I think that's collectively.

EDIT: Curses! You beat me to the anal-retentiveness, Data!

Corey Burton has also done his Paul Frees for Stan Freeberg's Stan Freeberg Presents: The United States of America: Part II, the Middle Years.

as I type this, in my lap is the 50th Anniv Disneyland Audio Library
Listed as the Ghost Host is Paul Frees, and typically nothing is listed for the HMH audio tracks. thanks for setting me straight on that I dont know where I ready that it was Paul Frees son, rather confusing actually but thanks just the same

Was anyone else disapointed with the lack of HM in the new DL DVD (Too many Acronyms) I mean all they said was there was a Hat Box Ghost, The Ballroom ghosts were ghosts, and Leota now floats.

Of the effects not used in the HM that we know of, which do you like best and why?

I'm not sure I understand the question... could be the egg nog. Do you mean what effects that aren't in HMH but are in THM? Or do you mean things that were "killed" fro m being included in THM?

Things that were killed, yeah. I phrased it that way because there are probably effects not used that was DON'T know of. So, of the things we do know of, what is your favorite/one you wish you could have seen and why?
