    Question City Hall question

Is there a way to contact City Hall prior to visiting Disneyland? I'm looking to set something up with a ride but it'd be much easier to do it before I got there with my girlfriend.

714-781-4000. Just tell the operator you have a question and they will direct your call to the phone room. I have called a few times.

Are they as nice and helpful as the CMs in City Hall? I wanna make sure I won't get passed off since I'm not just calling about park hours or what rides are open.

    Re: City Hall question

The number they'll pass you off to is (714) 781-7290 if you want to call it directly. They're the same Guest Relations CMs that work City Hall, and if they're not trained in City Hall yet, they're sitting right next to it, so they can walk over & ask.
