Blue Bayou hours?

Can anyone please tell me where I can find out what hours the Blue Bayou is open for lunch and for dinner? I will be going to DL at the end of August and have not been able to find this info.

I'll be there at the end of august too. I don't know the hours off hand but the reservation number is (714)781-DINE(3463). They should be able to tell you.
