    Has anyone else seen this?

I just got back from Disneyland about 30 minutes ago, and the last ride My friends and I went on was the subs. There was something I noticed on the ride. I was sitting on the dock side in the first seat next to the spiral stairs in the front of the sub. It's just after you get blown out of of the whale, and you rise back up, but just before the lady asks if she should write what they saw in the log. There's a rock in the shape of the a serpent's head with a piece of coral sticking out of the mouth that looks like a forked tounge. I don't have any pictures of it, I wish I took some but I didn't.

I would like to know if anyone else has seen this rock or I'm just seeing things.

(And if this is somewhere in another topic I'm sorry I'm too tired to look)

I do believe that that is the nod to the former attraction's friendly looking sea dragon. If you're old enough to remember it.

Yup, and there's also a mermaid somewhere (I haven't found it yet).

    Nice find!

Yeah, there is a homage to the previous sub voyage, although I have yet to see it in person. Does anyone have any pics?

Yes, the mermaid is before the serpent and is really obscure. I was stopped right in front of her for about 5 minutes before I could see her.

She is right after the whale and look for the fine, hair-like sea grass that hangs down to make her hair. I took a few pics but they are all blurry.

I've never been on the subs before this. I've only seen films of it.
