"Beauty And The Beast" Castle...

I was thinking about how the different Disney parks really only have two different castles (Sleeping Beauty & Cinderella), but only built a bit differently. (If this isn't true please correct me. I'm not well versed on the int'l castles.)

So, what I was thinking is why not make one of the castles for a new park be the castle where the Beast lived in "Beauty And The Beast"? Maybe even include a window where the wilting rose could be viewed? Maybe every once and a while have Mrs. Potts look down to make sure everything is going smoothly at the park or something.

It's just a thought.

If I was designing the next Disneyland style park, I'd make the castle a differnet one tht Sleeping Beauty or Cinderella. I'd consider B&B's but alos maybe Snow White's.

I used to think the castle in Paris was Beauty and the Beast. I then found pictures of the inside of it and was like "... hey.... if this is supposed to be Beauty and the Beast.... then why is there sooo much Sleeping Beauty stuff in here......."

It would be gorgeous, but I think Disney has enough to worry about, like fixing up Disney's California Adventure and Hong Kong Disneyland, before they even consider building a new park, which I don't think we need.

At least not at the moment.

They should turn all the logs and tree's in the "Brother Bear" walk thru into edible churros instead. But at the very least if they turned that castle into a hotel room in West Hollywood, they would seriously make a fortune.

Here, here. Beast's castle would be cool (the minerature one in Storybookland at DLP is great), but I do not want another park for a while. I want better experiences in the existing ones.

I've posted this before, but I think it would have been great if the Magic Kingdoms had each gotten an unique castle. Excluding Hong Kong Disneyland (since it wasn't even necessary), I think these are the castles that should have been built at the Magic Kingdoms.

Disneyland: Snow White Castle (grand and painted white like in the movie)
Magic Kingdom: Cinderella Castle (like the existing version, only touched up a bit)
Tokyo Disneyland: Sleeping Beauty Castle (Disneyland Paris' version)
Disneyland Paris: Beauty and the Beast Castle (like the picture but without the huge hills and waterfalls, obviously)

I was thinking about this the other week, actually when on Casey Jr (don't judge me) and saw the model. Regardless of whether they're gonna build a new park or not (my money's on Australia) I think it would be a wonderful idea, especially sicne there are so many memorable rooms and areas inside the castle as well, the west wing, the library, the ballroom. Ideally, I'd want to see a B&tB dark ride that at least starts in the castle (see DLRP forum for my B&tB dark ride idea if ye care). As for the waterfalls, I'd wanna see it on a raised crop thing featuring waterfalls but obviously not to the film's extent

Disneyland's kinda shoulda been Snow White's Castle since there's the wishing well right there and everything.

I think they could have just painted the one in Disneyland Paris a different color and called it the Beauty and the Beast Castle since it already features similar architecture. And they could have easily made the one in Hong Kong Disneyland into Snow White Castle since they also have the wishing well.

I forgive DLP's sleeping beauty-ness because at least the castle design is completely different as opposed to HK. I think if they did make B&tB castle there'd be more pressure to match the film more exactly since it's much more of a character in the film and is well known whereas I think the other Disney Park castles bear the name of the heroine then do something rather different
