Crown Plaza for $55 a Night

I just booked 2 nights at the Crown Plaza Resort for $55 a night on Priceline, it seems like I get good deals every year around this time as I have also booked the Hyatt across the street for $45 a night before. The Crown charges a BS resort fee and the Hyatt charges you to park but it still comes out to a great deal. So if your planning a trip you might want to check out price line, these are both 3 star hotels by the way. I love getting nice hotels for Motel 6 rates, damn Im a cheap *******.

I just used Priceline for the very first time. Not for DL but I got a great deal too. I am hoping it all goes well! If so , I will for sure try it for my next DL trip!

Its great for DL since using it I have gotten the Hojo across the street too at cheap rate, just dont pick anything outside of the Disneyland area or who knows where you will end up. Hyatt and Crown both have a shuttle too.

i started using priceline in march, almost everytime for disney and angels games, its awesome.
ive never gotten the crown, ive gotten both hiltons, and the hyatt and i got the marriott for monday.

it is a great value, the parking fee is annoying though and if you check in a bit early at the hyatt they charge you for that too.but eh,better than paying 130-200 a night.

That parking fee is a load of crap, just another way to milk the customer. By the way if you haven't stayed at a Hyatt before, the beds are heaven on earth, I always sleep so good here. The only time I have stayed on Disney property was at WDW and the beds were nothing special and even a little uncomfortable. What are the DLR hotel beds like?

I'm cheaper. I'm enduring the in-laws because they have a time share in Florida. Free is better than half off.

    Yes.

I added the headache and subtracted the freeness and multiplied the pulling my hair out then divided the freeness.

The sum came out in my favor.

I use priceline all the time when I want a really cheap room. Keep the stars high though. If you go down one star you end up in a dive.

I have a priceline question. I usually book the room just a few days before. Does it work better that way, because i need a room 2 months away and I'm thinking it's to early to use priceline...IDK...

The GCH beds are so comfortable, I'm surprised I ever got out of them. Pillows are amazing and the sheets are so soft! I don't remember anything special about the ones at PPH and I won't be able to give a report on the DLH until Dec.

the crowne plaza and hyatt had great beds. The DLH and PPH beds are just OK. I love the GCH beds, but the criwne plaza and hyatts may have been better. It's been a few years since I stayed at the GCH, but I'll be there in october.
