Hey everyone,
Now, I'm sure we're all familiar with the noise that the ticket booth makes when you put your ticket in the little machine to go into Disneyland. Now, does anyone know where I can find that noise on a video or an audio track?

I was thinking about this the other day. they do have a nice "Jingle" to them.
They have two!!! One you enter and one you re - enter!
I enjoy that little sound but after awhile you also begin to notice the denied sounds ..kind of amusing :p
There is actually 4.
One when you enter, when you re-enter, when it's your bday and when you are blocked out.
As for getting the sounds, I have no clue. Did you do a google search?
My suggestion, ask somebody to video tape themselves walking in and re-entering. That way you can get the audio files of 2. The other ones are obviously a little more difficult.
Some people have attempted to get induction recordings of the sounds. I don't actually have any of them, but it is:
Chime: Entry
Whistle: Re-Entry
Boing: Denied
Ding! Birthday
There was a post a while back that said they play a song for your birthday.

When I worked at Main Entrance there were actually more than 4, though they are more "operational" and much harder to catch and some may not be used anymore.
Anyone? I'd love to stick this on my phone...right now I have star tours boarding...
I heard that for a while (and possibly still today) they all said "MINE!" when you first turned them on at like 6am. Apparently my department was taking a group photo before the park opened when the whole Esplanade erupted in "MINE MINE MINE MINE!!!!" and scared the crap out of them.
Then that would definitely be a new "reset" sound... and with the possible exception of one turstile, I say much cooler
I can't remember what most of the turnstiles sounded like for "reset," but one would play the first words to the "opening title" of Lion King, and that was awesome/scary too. This same turnstile also used to play Snow White singing "Whistle While You Work" when someone logged in.
I imitate the "welcome" whistle as it happens until my girlfriend smacks me. I'd love to make it a ringtone so I could drive her even more nuts.
