Aarons EXTREMELY late,yet still exciting, Trip Report of the 8th and 9th

OK!!! Its been a LONG time MCers! My computer died about a month ago now and I still haven't gotten a new one and am forced to do this TR from a loner computer. ANYWAYS!

The 8th and 9th, no matter how far away it seems now, was alot of fun. An uncle from London was in California for a few weeks so we dragged him along to DLR with us and I got to show him around and such! We left San Jose about 3am and got to DL at about 10:30...there was traffic. So we all hopped out of the car and headed straight to the park, hotel check-in was at 2 anyways

So here we begin!

We all decided to go on an adventure with Indy...and wouldn't ya know it! theres a ride for that! The wait was short so we moved right in





I swear! When going with my dad, brother, sister, Uncle Barney (yes thats his name) and the London Uncle Roel....people get hungry FAST! Im already thrown out of my groove by entering the park at 11!!! NOW THEY WANT TO EAT!?

PIZZA PORT IT SHALL BE... I HAVE SPOKEN!

My face looks horrible here...no, really, it does



Not so bad in this one though, thats Uncle Barney on the left...we all just call him Uncle B...hes totally like the godfather of the ENTIRE family (huge family i might add)



Star Tours was next...the Londoners Favorite! Along with Space Mountain and his ALL TIME FAV. the Matterhorn!



A trip back through Adventureland for some POTC action and than a Red Bull



Those things really dont give you wings...at least it didnt work for me...The Tiki Room Birds dont fly away anyhow

And than the Colombia sails by...oddly enough, without sails. Must be magic or something

WARNING!!!! STORY AHEAD (Lots to read!!!)

So there was a preshow on pirates lair with that red headed pirate girl and that funny smee looking fellow...the canoes were passing by and BAM they fire the cannon and...WHAT?! NO CANOE WRECK!? The lady yellls at the pirate dude and blames him for not loading a cannon ball. All the kids around say, FIRE AGAIN! He explains "there arent any cannon balls!" SOOO! I hold up my brother and say "Hey, You can load this mate into the cannon says I" a shocked look forms on the faces of both of them. He says "Well now, I cant fit all of him into the cannon see" Than the girl shouts "Aye, but what about his legs! surely they will fit!" So than I say "Aye, cut them off than!" and i raise my brothers legs and we both consent to the aleged leg chopping. He grips the handle of his sword and says..."well maybe next time mate"

Ahh...that was great

So than we attempted the Jedi Training Academy. My brother wasn't chosen again...I will be re-making a Jedi costume for him soon



I decided to go on the HM again and guess who I saw!!!!! NO FLIPPIN WAY!

Gearing up for Fantasmic?



Big Thunder Mountain...ahhhh.



I totally got the shaft on this one...



we had to sit in the front....it was the slowest "wildest ride in the wilderness" I have ever had to endure. So we went on again and requested the very back...can you say GOAT TRICK?! gotta love it

Autopia...why? Because London was calling...and who knows when he'll be able to go on them again.



Matterhorn was last and he LOVED IT



Backtracking a little bit! We all had dole whips after the second time on HM My dad and my sister, and my Uncle UK had them for the first time...They loved them of course and when I told them that lots of people here think they are over rated...they just said "Are they serious...or have they not tried one yet?"





So after the Matterhorn we decided to go to DTD and get our grub on'

After eating I went on a little shopping spree to pick up a pin ive been meaning to get for a while. Woot Woot! They had it! 7 bucks? "hey big spender! Spend a little time on me!"

So the 9th was started off late too, about the time DCA opened and wouldnt-cha know it! We went in there first...just to get it over with hehe.

Of course we had a little snack for later

We headed into the backlot to "check in"

So we did GRR, Soarin, grabbed some Screamin' fastpasses and than headed back to DL

Than we decided to take another ride on INDY! 50 MINUTES!!!! NO WAY!!!! Oh well...more time to take detail shots

After that me my sister and my lil' bro got hungry so we had some chimichangasa and ice cream and ate in the Golden Horseshoe

So after soaring, where I met this fine young lad by the name of Matthew...he was a single rider and i thought it was my duty to introduce my crew to him. Single riders gotta feel like they're part of a group ya know. Really nice kid. Than I went to "Off the Page" and bought the PIRATE MICKEY BIG FIG!!!!

THE WHOLE THING!!!

Anyways! Some random shots of the night...we watched Fantasmic and the Fireworks back to back and than rode the subs...we didnt get out of the park until a little after 1am
