Did anyone else see information on the name change on the towers at DLH?
Sierra = Dreams
Bonita = Wonder
Marina = Magic
My apologies if this is being discussed in another thread, I couldn't find one...

There has been some discussion - - seems to be Cruise Ship franchise flogging at work.
Do you have a link to that discussion, I still can't find anything...

I though one of the tower's name was Hollywood.

Disneyland - It's better than drugs.
Am I the only one who hates the name changes? First Granvilles and now this!

I predict they change the names back (or at least to something less awkward sounding) within 5 years, like Club Buzz reverting to Tomorrowland Terrace.
You can't even refer to a tower now without sounding confusing and weird, unless you postfix it with the word "tower".
You can't for instance say, "I'm going to wonder"
You have to say "I'm going to wonder tower", etc.
The names are flat out terrible. Just another way to push that princess and dream crap.
Might lead to some interesting check-in conversations:
"I'm going to put you in Wonder."
"Of what?"
"The elevator on the right leads to Dreams."
"I'd settle for a nice soft bed."
"I'm sorry. We have nothing left in Magic."
"Could you check Sorcery or Alchemy?"

"Yesterday, a man walked up to me and said, 'Isn't it a shame that Walt Disney couldn't be here to see this?' and I said, "He did see this, that's why it's here."

When you wish upon a star your dreams come true.
Lame LAME and LAMER...I will NOT call them by their 'new' names. Period. Full stop.
Reminds me of when Coke tried to change their formula to 'NEW coke'..yeah right!
No I hate them too. I love the old Disneyland Hotel. I'm only 18, so at least as much as I remember. Disneyland has always had the upperhand over Disney World because it hasn't been so overly-flamoiant and cheesy in it's theme and name (ie the change in year of a million dreams decor). This is a bad case of WDW breaching out more than it should.
Disneyland is "real" escapism, while WDW is "hey! it's magical! it LOOKS magical, thus it is!".
I love all the original names. It give history to DL that no other resort could ever ask for.
and that has been my rant.
