    Deleted ride pictures

I thought of this when I was reading the thread about taking a picture of the ride picture and not buying the ride pictures. Anyway, it seems my sons always get our picture deleted when we ride TOT. I reprimand them that it is not fair to the other riders in our elevator. They insist that they haven't done anything that could be considered deletable.

I, of course, have never watched them because I'm just too darn excited to be on the ride and always forget. Then it comes to me when we leave and our picture has been deleted once again. So, criticize me about my stupidity if you have to, but checking on them is not a solution, nor is keeping them from riding because they insist they've done nothing wrong.

I was thinking about this once on California Screamin and I actually made a gesture that could be considered objectionable. Even though my kids (they're almost grown) recognized it immediately, my picture was not deleted. But the car with my sons was!

Also, do they ever report or have some form of enforcement for the poses that are really bad?

Maybe Disney in general could have you sign a waiver saying that you're over 18 (check your ID of course) and while they may not print it for you, will e-mail the file to your email for a same exact fee - of course you'd still get the frame, but have to print it yourself...

    Re: Deleted ride pictures

From someone who works Splash Mountain... They only delete pictures when riders are being lewd or lascivious. Your sons may claim they haven't done anything, but there's always a good reason to hit the delete button. I'm just sayin'.

When it comes to public nudity, that happens on Splash Mountain occasionally, and the Anaheim Police are often brought into the equation as the Guests are escorted out of the Park. We don't see that quite as much as we used to about five years ago when the "Flash Mountain" craze was going around the internet. Flashers are more rare now, but involvement of the Anaheim Police Department for public nudity and sex offenders does occasionally happen at Splash Mountain.

I could be wrong but I was also told that under certain circumstances the ride picture could be deleted by a camera malfunction. I've had a similar experience on Buzz and Splash when it was only my party and no one did anything. Honestly just laughed at the thought of Grandpa flipping off the camera... I would PAY to see that!

Also I know for a fact that certain things i.e. flashing or exposing of body parts.. has warranted a call to security in the past.

I was on California Screamin' and me and my friend got off the ride and took a look at the picture. What we saw just made us mad. A couple of teenagers behind us was flicking off the camera. So we went to photo purchasing and complained that it ruined our picture. The CM was so nice about it and cropped them out of out pictures before we bought it.

    This is the picture:

The look on that guy's face as he's flipping off the camera is just, gently put; moronic.

    Re: Deleted ride pictures

You know I was wondering about which ones they delete too. On Buzz, my cousin turned around where they take the picture (to try and make it look like he was shooting at nothing from behind) and our photo got deleted =/. I didn't think that was bad...but then again I don't know what they consider to get deleted.
