We always keep taking back the same autograph book until it is full. We had a 7 year old one that wasn't quite full so we took it last time. I did have the cm helping the character comment that she had never seen that one and when did I get it. I just write the date of our visit on the first blank page after the signatures so it is ready and the kids know when they got the signatures. You can buy a small notebook at your local Wal-Mart or Target that even have Disney Characters on the front if want to save a little money.
