I think we might be popping into the 50th story thing at the Opera House right when the park opens, since if it's anything like May 5th (and it will probably be worse), Main Street will be completely jammed. That's only if it's running, or if they do the whole open Main Street 30 minutes early bit. After that, I think the plan is to run and get passes for Splash, then hit the Fantasyland rides that were there in '55, because first thing in the morning is the only time those lines are bearable. Again, assuming it's like the 5th, Peter Pan will be closed until all the castle business is done, so we may or may not chill in the area to be on it when it does open.

My advice for pretty much everyone: get a fastpass for one of the e-tickets, then head to another. That way you'll get to ride those if nothing else. I'm sort of half-hoping that someone sprains their ankle between now and then, so we can make use of the handicapped queues.

Well I'll be running for a Space Mountain fastpass ASAP, whether or not I get in line right there as well.
I also plan on saving my cupcake for later in the day(if they run out i'll sue for millions of dollars in damages!!! )

Im goin pretty much for the ceremony. after that i dont care. one of the best parts of may 5th was the openeing ceremony. this is history folks. im a little nervous but i cant wait.

i think i'm going to go looking for a certain pin (if there are any left after the magical memories event). next, seeing the ceremony would be cool, but if it's anything like may 5th, i guess i'll just try to hear the ceremony. then the mice chat meet-up then work

Hmm... is there a morning ceremony? I'd read in some other report that there was an afternoon ceremony like 4pm i think it was? If there's an afternoon one I'm not gonna waste the day staying in the hub...so I guess my morning plans are kind of dependant on what the actual disney plan is. And that's just a mystery =D.

I voted for "get in line for Space Mountain". We actually probably won't in that we'll get fastpasses, and then go back through the castle gates and into Fantasyland We're leaving in 3 hours.. woohoo

The way it sounds to get your "I was there" pin you get a voucher at opening and then have to go to Festival Arena to pick it up. So, I may go there first. I was thinking Space Mountain but I went on it Friday night after fireworks so now the pin comes first.
