 | X Atencio at Walt's Barn 9/16/07 Just got word that X Atencio would be at Walt's Barn in Griffith Park Sunday, September 16th. The Barn is open from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM. And... IT'S FREE!! (bascially the only thing "Disney" in the world that is). Snipped from a Carolwood e-mail: For those who do not know, X Atencio wrote all the lyrics and dialog in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Haunted Mansion" attractions. He is an artist and animator who worked on Pinocchio, Fantasia, and so on. He is a Disney Legend, and has a window on Main Street. In Pirates, his voice use to be the skull and cross bones talking just before the water fall. He was also the voice saying "Let me out" of the coffin in Haunted Mansion.

| Re: X Atencio at Walt's Barn 9/16/07 No special occasion. Just part of what Carolwood does. These events are always FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Just show up, talk to X, check out the workbench Walt built himself, check out the displays, and have fun!
