Men on people mover track today (7/12)

I was walking towards Space Mountain today, to wait for an hour. As I was walking, I noticed three cast members, they might have been imagineers. They seemed like they were taking measurements. They walked with this black wire, from the station to Star Tours. But, this looks like a really go indication, that we will be getting something on the old pm track. What are your thoughts.

Maybe they'll put in a loop. Or a night-time version.

    This is excellent!

I also heard a new tubular rail, just like the Rocket Rods one, but new, was installed near the Monorail station on the tracks. Is this true?

it seems possible. it would be great to see something new, on that track. i think i..... it would be a great addition to TL, now just get rid of that rock s**t, and the orbitron, and astro orbitors. Make TL, a better version of the '67 version.

Anyone know if a new tubular rail was added to the part of the track near Monorail? Or maybe the existing one was repainted or something.

Maybe they are testing a new track type, from the sounds of that, it looks like people mover, is coming back.

Motorboatcruise, Where did you hear that? I hope it's true. I really really really hope it's true. The section of the track near the monorail station did seem to be the most rusty and in the worst condition. So maybe it did receive a fase lift, or a new track. Any pictures or carification?
