Question Tour de France- Anaheim/LA TV??? as I wait in line ...

My husband and I are HUGE TdF fans and were wondering if when we come down to celebrate the 50th 7/14 to 7/20, if any channels in the LA area carrying the Tour. We will be staying at the Del Sol (eyah) but our friends are in Irvine.

In San Francisco its on OLN (81-Outdoor Life Network). thanks - just trying to combine our2 fave passions.

We've been watching on OLN too, not sure if it's on broadcast TV anywhere

If you want to take a break you could take the Monorail to the Espn Zone and catch the highlights or download it onyour phone for at least daily results. I hope to do the same, I wish I could watch it too.

If ESPN Zone is open at 5:30AM, you can watch it live.
OLN will be hard to find on a hotel's basic cable service.

Have your Irvine friends TiVo one of the broadcasts. I don't think the live one in the morning is all that exciting -- the delayed shows show only the interesting parts.

Here, the stages end around 8AM. The last hour is usually good enough for me.

I'm having a hard time managing my TdF obsession with DL BD. I don't even have Tivo! Well, there seems to be a few of us obsessed. Maybe we can find an outlet for this obsession while paying homage to our other.

Well, the stage that day should be over by 8AM. Satellite dish for a portable TV?
