Carolers on Main Street?

Halloween and Thanksgiving haven't even come and gone and here I'm thinking about Christmas at Disneyland.

I went to the park a few times last December and don't recall seeing any carolers out on Main Street. I recall when I was younger and my family took a trip to Disneyland, one of my most vivid memories was coming upon a group of carolers on Main Street. They even handed my little sister a tambourine so she could be part of their group.

So, does this still happen on Main Street during the holiday season, since I can't recall seeing it recently.

yeah they were there last year. i remember seeing them quite a few times, sometimes they were outside on main st. sometimes they were in one of the stores, they are a hit and miss type thing, if you want, when you come down during the holidays you can go to guest relations and ask them the times that the carolers will be out and most of the time they are able to get you there show times.

I happen to know one of the Carolers and they are already rehearsing, so rest assured they will return this year.

The Caroler's performance times are always listed in the Cast Member reference guide. So if you're feeling the need for some Jingle Bells, or Deck The Halls, just pop into a ctore or City Hall and ask, they always have CMRG handy.

I know what you mean. Yesterday was the first day of pleasant weather we've had in months. I just had to go take a stroll in the park after work simply for the sake of being able to stroll around in a light sweater. Granted, the temperature was mostly an artifact of the supposed storm that's been brewing (and was supposed to pour down today - not a cloud in the sky) but it still filled me with the impulse to drink hot chocolate and eat junk food.

I guess I'm one of those people who aren't annoyed at how early Christmas is rolled out at the park. Though I'm very appreciative of how much effort they're putting into October these past couple years. But when there's garlands up and I can wear my scarf I'll be blissfully happy.

They REALLY NEED TO BE ON MAIN STREET, not the GC.
I missed them too, and didn't find out until later that they
were spending time at the GC.

It really didn't seem like Christmas on Main Street without the
Carolers ~ Hope they don't make the same mistake this year
by "hiding out at the GC"

Their were two sets of carolers. The Grand Californian Carolers, and the "bell" Carolers who would be on Main St. You would always see them right by the bank right up to the time the fireworks started. They were there till the 29th.
