Here’s to the future of Paradise Pier; construction shots of Toy Story Mania from yesterday:

Thanks for the pictures. Amazing how much has changed in the week since we were there.

Umm...Paradise Pier isn't going. The half of it where California Screamin', Sun Wheel, Orange Stinger (soon to be new home to the Golden Zypher), Maliboomer (soon to be a parachute drop), and King Triton's Carousel is just being re-themed to a more 1920's victorian look. It's only the other half where Mullholland Madness is going bye-bye.

I think everybody realizes this. The point of this thread is to remember the paradise pier that WAS. Even though certain rides are staying, the theming of the pier is going to be VASTLY different by the time it's all done.
