Adventureland seems pretty consistent with keeping its attractions. Is it true that only Swiss Treehouse and Tahitian Terrace are the ONLY things that were removed over the years?

Of course, it's not like there have been that many attractions to begin with!
well, let's see:
Jungle Cruise opens in 1955: Various changes over the years
In 1993, part of the Jungle Cruise was taken out to make way for the Indiana Jones queue.
Tiki Room opens in 1963: Not many changes
In 1993, Tahitan Terrace changes to Aladdin's Oasis.
In 1999, Swiss Family Treehouse changed into Tarzan's Treehouse
They used to have a shooting attraction called Safari Shooting Gallery but it was taken out in 1982.
Welll, not many changes. I found it wierd that every land has history windows(excluding Toontown since there's not much history there) except Adventureland. It has lots of history.

Lots of history, no windows!
I never got a chance to try the tahitian terrace.
so depressed...
How much was taken out of Jungle Cruise?
FF
"A Journey Beyond Your Wildest Imagination..."
Not too much.
This has been a Filmways presentation dahling.
I think like 2 minutes of ride time were lost on the Jungle Cruise.
Toontown's only history was when Jolly Trolly was removed awhile back.
Tahitian Terrace and Swiss Family Treehouse were two of my favorite things!!! ...and if it had been left to Pressler and Harriss we would have lost the Tiki Room too.
I believe this included sequences involving rhinos and more wildlife. Not sure exactly what though regarding exact animals besides rhinosOriginally Posted by MotorBoatCruise2005
Let's not forget the removal of the slide in Chip & Dale's treehouse, and also the removal of the ball pit next to the Go Coaster.Originally Posted by MotorBoatCruise2005
It wasn't that long ago that the trolly was still running. I really liked it.
There used to be more than one shooting gallery?!Originally Posted by DL_CRAZE

I'd like to see Swiss Family back in the Treehouse. Tarzan is done with its promotional period...so let's just put back the classic. No, not many kids know about the Swiss Family, but it's really not hard to grasp that they were shipwrecked...and kids don't care what the characters are, as long as the place is fun!
