Has anyone ever stayed there?
We used to stay at the Mariott just up the road from this hotel but it is fully booked.
Has anyone ever stayed there?
We are concerned because they don;t seem to be on the "good neighbours" list from Disneyland.com

It's the closest offsite hotel to DL. I've stayed there 3 times. Each time it's been extremely clean and the service was good. The breakfast is a choice of either a continental buffet(fruit and dry cereal) at the restaurant next door or pancakes. At least last time I was there.
I've only stayed in the mini suites, they are really roomy and have a lot of room for suitcase and other storage. The sinks are seperate from the toliet/shower so more than one person can get ready at once. The fridge is not the smallest square fridge, but the one size bigger. There's also a microwave in the room.
Parking can be a real PITA. That's the only downfall. Stay away from the restaurant next door, with the exception of grabbing something for breakfast.
Have a great trip!

If you are standing with your back to the park it's to the right of the hotel, it's had a couple of different names, but it's always a buffet. It's inbetween the IHOP and the BW Park Place Inn. I can't remember the name though sorry![]()

YES!! That's it. The free breakfast there is fine(continental)anything besides that, is absolutely horrible.

Oh yes, stay away from Captain Kidd's unless your getting the free breakfast. I ate there once with friends, the food was mediocre at best and the service was almost non-existent.
That's where I usually stay and will be leaving here in a few hours to go to it. It is a good neighbor-so no worries there. I guess they have free wifi now, which helps.
The other downfall? They colours they selected are a bit dark, which gives a creepy appearance in some of the rooms.
But as for location? Can't be beat.
I actually recommend it!

We stayed there in a King suite and it was nice, clean comfortable. I also agree with only going next door for the free continental breakfast! It's always been a horrible restaurant, I don't know why!
The cont. breakfast was pretty thorough--bagels, toast, cereal, english muffins, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.
I have stayed there my last 2 trips to DL and its a great palce to crash. Its cheap, clean, and roomy. I just wish the rooms had room safes. Now you have to use safety deposit boxes at the front desk. It works pretty good, but its not that convenient.
