So theres alot of talk about the 1920's replacing the main entrance. So my question is what about the 1920's should be instilled in the entrance area. I would love to see alot of atmosphere visuals in architecture, A newsie yelling out some info about the park(parade/show times) handing out some kind of info papers, themed vehicles, and of course the MUSIC!
Since it is DCA and prohibition is at its height, I think that someone should be selling some moonshine out near what is a now condor flats.

One has to remember the reason that 1923 is important to D.C.A.'s presentation. Namely, that year is the one in which Walt Disney left middle America in order to establish the first cartoon studio in Hollywood.
The show elements need to support the telling of the story of Walt Disney's life and career in California, including the founding of The Walt Disney Company, itself.
Walt Disney's Hyperion Studio with the Mickey sign.
The Brown Derby.
The Coconut Grove.
Union Station.
Grauman's Chinese.
Ravenswood Apts.
Bullock's Wilshire.
The Carthay Circle Theatre.
I still am vying for Dick Tracy and the Rocketeer as well.
I'd like to see something along the lines of "Public Enemy" and those style prohibition era gangsters. I don't know how it fits with Disney or California but to me that era is the cat's pajamas.
I hadn't really thought about it, but a speakeasy of some sort would be pretty cool.
This is DCA - They need a bar right at the entrance.

I agree with everything everyone has posted so far, especially the point about theming around Walt Disney's life.
None of these ideas really sound too risque at all! It's CA in 1920s, not Pixar in the alternate universe CA.
It would be So cool if all the buildings were black and white cast members included and the guest are the only ones there that have color. like you,ve been taken to the 20's as if you were watching a movie.
