No, the info needs to be current, due to people calling in sick, etc.

There is the Times Guide that lists the main locations, and that info is in the Cast Member Reference Guide. But the CM Reference Guide plugs the "Toonfinder Hotline", so I recommended the Hub Wait Board, as the CM has easy access to a telephone. Most CM's can't pick up a phone, either they don't have one, or they can't take the time off their main job, especially attraction CM's, who need to watch the attraction for safety reasons.

City Hall, or over at DCA, Guest Relations, or if it open, the small stand near Engine Ears Toys are other good choices to have a CM call and get the info.

    Re: Where is Donald Duck?

We took a few pics with Donald last week in front of the Opera House. Then he went inside it for some more pics with other guests.

We also got some later that night with him in the Hallowen Treat at DCA.

And he has been photo'd numerous times in Goofy's Kitchen, though he rarely goes to each table. He just hangs out in front of the food at the buffet counter.

    Good luck!

As a side note, we asked one of the photo CM's about when/where Mickey and Minnie would be out with their halloween garb on. He pulled a sheet out of his pocket and told us.

Sure enough, two hours later, they were right where he told us they would be. And on time.

    Good luck!

Mu husband's favorite character is Donald. He's always disappointed with the lack of Donald presence; that's including merchandise too.
"If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary-wise; what it is it wouldn't be, and what it wouldn't be, it would. You see? " - Alice

"If his brain's ran down, how can he talk?" - Jack Pumpkinhead
"It happens to people all the time, Jack." - Dorothy

    Re: Where is Donald Duck?

Donald has always been one of the hardest to spot, on both coasts. Kind of consistent with his being underused as a character. It just adds to his mystique...

I remember once in Disneyland *just* missing him. Then a while later we saw him and he was about to leave again, but we begged him to wait and got the picture.

I do recall meeting him fairly easily in DCA, but Donald in his Hollywood outfit just isn't the same.

I really liked getting a photo with him in Epcot, with him in his Three Callaberos outift. The matching plush Donald is my favorite souvenir from that trip.

Someone working greeter will have some time to take their attention away for a call but it is a distraction and you may have to be patient if they're busy or there's a big crowd.

Also, the hotline is generally only available until late afternoon around 4 PM so plan on finding out as early as you can.

You can also visit City Hall for information on certain characters.
