The jaws that bite, the claws that catch! Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun The frumious Bandersnatch!" He took his vorpal sword in hand: Long time the manxome foe he sought -- So rested he by the Tumtum tree, And stood awhile in thought. And, as in uffish thought he stood, The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame, Came whiffling through the tulgey wood, And burbled as it came! One, two! One, two! And through and through The vorpal blade went snicker-snack! He left it dead, and with its head He went galumphing back. "And, has thou slain the Jabberwock? Come to my arms, my beamish boy! O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!' He chortled in his joy. `Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe; All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe. |

![]() | Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker What a wonderful tribute to Walt! Now hopefully those shops will be specific with their merchandise like Disneyland used to be. Thank you for sharing MasterGracy! |

I agree! Oswald’s Gas & Oil Merch would be a must for me... EDIT: Scratch that... "Gas & Oil" sounds like it might be a beverage stop...

![]() | Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker So basically they are admitting they got DCA all wrong and they are redoing everything! I have to raise my eyebrows at the Beer Garden addition tho....... has any thought been given on how to make the TOT fit in better because right now it sticks out like a 13 story big thumb all on its own....a Haunted Land would be nice! Just my personal preference of course lol |

At least the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is supposed to be located in Hollywood, which is in California. Although, I have wondered why DCA's Hollywood Tower Hotel is located in a movie studio backlot.

![]() | Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker 1. the whole lets create a miniature version of the state that we are already in idea was so dumb it was apparently so stupid that no one could see how dumb it really was! 2. Making the paradise pier area look like a carny show was just so darn classy! 3. Midway games uh didnt anyone at dis ever read the quote from Walt Disney? "There will be no carnival midway games at Disneyland" - WD of course technically they werent at Disneyland but.................... you get the gist 4. Also dont forget: "No alcohol will be served at Disneyland" - WD has anyone forgotten the whole reason why DCA was built in the first place? At one point dis execs (if you can call them that) wanted to start selling booze at DL what? yes they did and it cause such an uproar they got "smart" and said lets build a new park next door and not call it Disneyland and sell booze there instead.. .ouila DCA is born btw one of the new things going into the "old" dca is a beer garden nuff said |
