This is so great! It's so much fun to look through all the places to eat. All these years of going to DLR and I was never aware that the Carnation Cafe had such great food. I'm definately going there on my next visit. Thanks so much!

Thanks for the post. I'll be there in a little over a month. Nice to look at the menus, even though I've eaten at these places SO many times! ha!

Have included menu's from this past Easter and Mother's Day and the Holiday Menu from 2006. The 2007 menu is not out but I know they are making a few changes. Still a great buffet.
