Question Exchanging tickets for an annual pass?

My work gives each of it's employees tickets to an event/amusement park every year. Last year, I opted for Disneyland and was able to use the four tickets I received towards an annual pass (since the prices were printed on each ticket).

It is now time for me to renew my annual pass, and I've from co-workers heard that Disneyland no longer allows the exchange of tickets towards the cost of an annual pass. Does anyone know if this is true? The tickets that were issued still have the price printed on them. I was informed by another co-worker that I can simply "complain" to City Hall and get my way, but I'd really not like to do that if at all possible.

Any help/assistance would be greatly appreciated!

We did this in September. As long as the tickets have a price on them, you can use them to upgrade.

If they gave you a parking pass that can be used also.

    No "complaining" necessary.

As long as there is still value with your current ticket, you can use it to upgrade.

You can enter the Park with the ticket, and then upgrade, or you can go right up to the window and upgrade to an AP before you go in.

Just don't go in with the ticket, leave and come back another day to upgrade. Won't work then...

    Enjoy!

You will be fine! They are a bit more cautious on multiple day tickets, but usually there is no problem. I upgraded in July with no problems!

Re: Exchanging tickets for an annual pass?

Thanks everyone for responding to my question! I went this morning and used my company's tickets to renew my pass!

At first, the girl at the Bank said she didn't think I could use all four unused tickets towards just one pass. I got a little nervous, but then she asked someone else and he said it was fine. *whew* I just had to make up the difference between the value of the tickets and the Premium Pass.

I'm so happy! Another year of fun awaits!
