...There really isn't much of one anymore. Maybe a couple days here and there, otherwise, it's near full-tilt all the time.

There really isn't a Fall/Winter off-season anymore because of Halloween Time and the Christmas festivities, especially with this year's new castle decorations. Most of January and February should be pretty slow though.

February to early March would be the best. No holiday weekends, though. I took my dad last February and the crowds were light enough that he didn't get irritated as he will. Give him a break - he's 85. And he's put up with me for over 50 years.

The off season exists in the following time periods (approximately):
Almost all of September
Beginning of November
Last week of November, first week December.
Mid January through Mid March.
Late April, Early May.

But even that isn't guaranteed.

Early September weekdays can be pretty comparatively uncrowded. Kids are starting school, weather is cooling off just a little.

I don't know what Disney actually qualifies as off-season, but we went to the parks last wednesday and it was near empty. The longest line we waited was for Nemo at 45 minutes. Everything else (even Mansion) was little wait or just a walk on.

Of course there was no pyro or Fantasmic! but being able to visit almost every attraction with little wait was a welcoming change!

It's when the park goes in its off season hours, close at 8 PM on weekdays, 10 PM on Fridays, 11 PM on weekends. They will have no pyro, no fireworks, and only one parade.

When they off the CT's

It's when the CTs are not working, not the weekends, holidays, and vacations.

End of January is really good with ZERO! Crowds. But then be ready for rides to be closed.
