I heard that if you go into labor at Disneyland, your baby gets to go to Disneyland for free for the rest of his/her's life. Has anyone ever heard of this? My bosses best friend keeps going there on her labor day hoping it would happen but it hasn't yet.
I heard that it was if the baby was actually born in the park, but as far as I know it is just a rumor.
But what if she goes into labor in DCA ?

There have been lots of childbirths at Disneyland over the years. Disneyland used to quietly give these kids lifetime passes, but when the word got out and it became more commonly known that Disneyland was doing this, some nutcase parents started to deliberately try to have their kids born at Disneyland. So Disneyland stopped issuing the passes in an attempt to deter these misguided parents-to-be.
Funny story one of the Disneyland Ops guys once told me about this:
Several years after Disneyland discontinued giving lifetime passes to kids born in the park, a child was born in the park. The parents later stormed City Hall demanding that their kid be given a lifetime pass because they "heard" that's what Disneyland did! The Ops team suspected this couple had deliberately come to the park in hopes of the kid's birth and a free lifetime pass. He said they were outraged when told Disneyland discontinued the practice many years prior. Guess they didn't get the memo.
But the tales and folklore about back when Disneyland did do this still persist as current fact to this day.
Yep. The things some people will do. I'm sure even without the lifetime pass...there are folks that want their baby born in Disneyland just for bragging rights and to be able to say he/she was. But then again I'm sure some of them are born there just by happenstance.
With 14 million guests a year, something unusual is bound to happen to a handful of guests that visit the park. Some give birth, some die (of natural causes), sometimes miracles happen. They make for great stories anyway, and a few make it into urban legend.
Now, I wonder how many people were conceived on ATIS...

I've been witness to someone who died on DL property. Well, died as a result of what happened plus complications from the ensuing events. Had to talk to management to see if I needed to do paperwork or not. But I didn't as I did not actually see said event.
I've also seen many an allergic reaction to foods from the resort when someone didn't think their allergy would be aggravated by something. But, low and behold, the food was made at some factory that also processes nuts and there was enough present to trigger their allergy A lot happens every day if you just look in the places where it can happen. Yeah...
2DieFR got it right. With that many people moving through the resort area every year, stuff is bound to happen.

No, you just get to be included in the myriad of stupid ghost stories that permeate throughout Disneyland fandom.
You've really got your priorities out of whack if you are willing to deliberately set yourself up to go into labor at Disneyland to get a "freebie".
Any sane woman would take the safety and cleanliness of a hospital. And let's not forget the fact that there's trained staff and epidurals accessible there as well...

I don't know how it was back in the day, but these days can't you pinpoint the day of labor with some reasonable accuracy? I wouldn't even be at Disneyland during that time. You'd think people could postpone the trip to Disneyland for a couple weeks and have the damn kid.
Only your next incarnation.
