    Here's one:

Q: The Columbia is a replica of the first ship to...

And for those of you viewing at home, here's the answer:

    Spoiler
The Columbia is an exact replica of the first American ship ever to circumnavigate (that's go all the way around) the world.

And don't cheat and look at the answer and then post it, you probably know it anyway.

According to Disney Secrets Revealed, the answer to your question is: a replicated model of the first ship to make a complete circle around the world.

My Question: What is the penalty for an employee that removes one of the tagged keys on the wall in an attraction and forgets to return it before the park closes?

Actually, the first ship to circumnavigate the globe would be the Victoria, the one ship of 5 that was under Magellan's command (in an attemp to find a short cut from Spain to the Spice Islands) that made it back to Spain.

I think the Columbia was the first American ship to circumnavigate, or maybe the first ship to do it "solo".

    Flogged with a wet noodle?

    Extinction?

    Just kidding...

I'm going to guess and say immediate termination.

Big Thunder Mountain? (That's when somebody isn't suing the park for a BTM related accident)
